A La Jolla apartment building has been sold for $3.1 million.
The buyer of the property at 7342 Girard Ave. was not disclosed.
The sellers were Weston and Susan Anson, according to CoStar, a real estate research firm.
Representing the sellers were John Newton and Erik Anderson of CBRE.
The buyer represented himself.
Built in 1954, the 4,032 square-foot building has eight apartments, three of which were converted to office space.
The brokers said the property could be redeveloped as condominiums or townhomes. They said zoning allows for up to 28 micro apartments on the property.
