The apartments range in size from 650 square feet to 795 square feet. They have a combined space of 7,395 square feet.
The buyer was Blue Corner Capital, LLC, represented by Rita Lancaster-Hannah, senior vice president at ACRE Investment Real Estate Services, and Diana Peters, ACRE Investment vice president.
The seller was D & F Revocable Family Trust, represented by Richard and Francine Kearney of the family trust.
Escrow and title insurance services were provided by First American Title Insurance Company.
