With more than 20 years of experience in real estate asset management and development, Rita Brandin provides operational and senior leadership to Newland’s commercial and urban mixed-use development projects. She leads the development team for Newland Sierra, which features 2,100 homes and a variety of amenities along the I-15 corridor. She also led the development of Symphony Park, a downtown Las Vegas public-private development. Brandin came to Newland from Metroflag Management LLC. She serves on the board of the San Diego Building Industry Association, the Lincoln Club and the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce.
