The YWCA held its 12th Annual In the Company of Women luncheon March 11 at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina. Leslie Morgan Steiner, author of “Crazy Love,” was the keynote speaker. Steiner gave her personal account of her experience with domestic violence and how it nearly took her life. Proceeds from the event will support Becky’s House and programs that help families escape domestic violence and homelessness. The Waitt Family Foundation and Union Bank were major sponsors.
