Vidal Corp. has signed a five-year lease on an Otay Mesa industrial building.

The cross-border logistics company has leased a 31,360 square-foot building at 8175 Andrews Ave. in Majestic Sunroad Center.

Mark Lewkowitz, Chis Holder, and Will Holder of Colliers International San Diego represented Vidal Corp and Majestic Realty Co., the owner of the building.

“Majestic Sunroad Center is the first and best new industrial development to arrive in Otay Mesa in the last five years. It’s located just two miles from the Otay Mesa border crossing, 15 miles from the Naval station and 19 miles from Downtown San Diego,” Lewkowitz said. “With freeway frontage, nine dock-high doors, great access, and state-of-the-art construction, this property is an ideal new home for Vidal Corporation in Otay Mesa.”

Completed in late 2020, Majestic Sunroad Center is a joint venture between Majestic Realty Co. and Sunroad Enterprises and includes three buildings ranging in size from 31,360 square feet to 154,308 square feet.
