Industrial Building Sold

A San Diego industrial building has been sold for $4.2 million.

The 22,000 square-foot building at 6360 Federal Blvd. was acquired by David Chow.

The seller was the Terry and Deborah Mammen Family Trust.

Nick Mane and Ken Robak of Pacific Coast Commercial represented the seller.

Patrick Connors of Voit represented the buyer.
