Otay Mesa Industrial Building Sold

An Otay Mesa industrial building has been sold for $5.3 million.

Scantibodies, Inc. acquired the building at 1658 Gailes Boulevard from BBG&M, LLC.

The 35,384 square-foot industrial building is on a 2.14-acre site.

Mark Silverman and Sarah Anane of NAI San Diego and Melody Nobel of MNA Real Estate Inc. represented the seller.

The buyer was represented by Brandon Long of Regional Realty & Investments, Inc.
