A Miramar building that serves as a drive-thru coffee shop and café for Better Buzz Coffee Company has been sold for $3.3 million.
Neither the seller nor the buyer were disclosed.
The 1,397 square-foot building is on a 16,799 square-foot site at 6912 Miramar Road.
The site was originally a Winchell’s Donut shop. The building is leased to Better Buzz, founded and owned by Tim Langdon and Stephanie Garden.
Better Buzz has 11 other locations.
Renovations to the building were designed by Studio ID
Alina Tan, Alice Kulikowski, Mike Habib of Coldwell Banker and San Diego lawyer Whitney Skala represented the buyer.
The seller was represented by Ryan Barr and Ryan Bennett of Lee & Associates represented the seller.
“This company connects to its community,” Kulikowski said. “They are a robust addition to the Miramar and eastern University City business communities and their drive-thru design is very timely.”
