A Midway District medical office building has been sold for $6 million.
Neither the buyer nor the seller was disclosed.
Built in 1971, the 25,600 square-foot Richley Medical Plaza, 3434 Midway Drive, includes a 6,475 square-foot surgery center with three operating rooms, a recovery area, a waiting room, reception, two restrooms and 65 parking spaces.
The building was 85 percent vacant at the time of sale.
Dan Henry and Lars Eisenhauer of CBRE represented the seller.
The buyer was represented by Andrew Slade of Cire Partners.
