Westcore based in UTC has acquired an Arizona industrial building for $38 million.
The firm bought the 164,486 square-foot warehouse building on a 16.5-acre site in Chandler from Greenlaw.
The building at 2550 North Nevada St. is fully leased to a single undisclosed ecommerce company that is paving about nine acres of excess land for parking, loading and outbound operations.
Greenlaw is adding an underground, two-acre retention basin prior to the paving work.
The recently renovated building has 30-foot clear height, extensive power, ESFR sprinklers and newly constructed office space.
