A Sorrento Valley commercial building has been sold for $9 million.
The buyer of the 11,901 square foot Sorrento Plaza was not disclosed.
The seller was Wells Fargo.
Marketing of Sorrento Plaza was led by Rick Puttkammer, vice president of investments for Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, and Bill Rose, a senior managing director of IPA.
The buyer was represented by Sam Hanna, a senior vice president of SRS Real Estate Partners.
Financing was arranged by Chad O’Connor, a senior managing director of Marcus & Millichap.
“Surrounded by more than 2.6 million square feet of office space, the center’s daily-need tenant mix provides quick sit-down dining and dental services to a daytime population of more than 241,000 people within a five-mile radius,” Puttkammer said.
Completed in 20017, Sorrento Plaza at Scranton Road and Interstate 15 is part of The Foundry, a 280,000 square-foot office campus.
