A San Diego real estate firm has arranged a $185 million loan for the recently completed Northrup Grumman Innovation Systems campus in Chandler, Ariz.
Eric Flyckt, senior vice president of NorthMarq’s San Diego office, secured the 23-year loan on behalf of the San Diego-based Douglas Allred Company that developed the campus.
The campus is comprised of a three-story office building of 352,545 square feet and a 269,852 square-foot manufacturing building.
The site is within Douglas Allred Company’s 200-acre Park Place business park.
Douglas Allred Company has built 10 other office buildings in the park totaling 1.5 million square feet.
