A Miramar industrial building has been sold for $5.1 million.
Camp Holding, LLC acquired the 22.662 square-foot building at 8185 Camino Santa Fe from Carvin Business Properties, LLC.
Built in 1988, the two-story building has 22-foot clear height, dock and grade level loading and a full concrete lot.
Evan McDonald, Tucker Hohenstein and Mike Erwin of Colliers International San Diego Region represented the seller.
Glenn Arnold of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer.
“The sale price we were able to achieve for this industrial asset depicts the continued pent up demand for smaller owner-user buildings in central San Diego,” McDonald said.
