San Diego International Airport will be adding once daily, nonstop service to Santa Barbara, Calif., through Alaska Airlines. Beginning November 20, the route will land at the Santa Barbara Airport and marks the 29 destination Alaska services from SAN.
“We know there are many Santa Barbara residents and San Diegans that will be taking advantage of this intrastate route as both destinations have a lot to offer both the leisure and business traveler,” said Kimberly Becker, San Diego County Regional Airport Authority president and CEO.
The Santa Barbara service is the fifth new market added by Alaska Airlines in 2020. San Diego International Airport offers nonstop service to about 70 destinations in the U.S Europe, Asia, Mexico and Canada.
