A Crown Point apartment building has been sold for $3 million.
The 1536 Moorland Drive property was sold by Moorland Drive, LLC to Calowa Investments LLC.
The building has eight apartments that average 666 square feet in a mix of four one-bedroom, one-bathroom units and four two-bedroom, one bathroom units.
It also has 10 off-street parking spaces, including two that are double-length tandem spaces.
Aaron Bove, senior vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office, represented the seller.
Bove and Louie Goros, a Marcus & Millichap associate in San Diego, represented the buyer.
