President AND CEO, Father Joe’s Villages

Appointed president and CEO in 2015, “Deacon Jim” brings more than 30 years of management and human resources experience to Father Joe’s Villages. He oversees all facets of the organization, including St. Vincent de Paul Village, Toussaint Annex, Josue Homes and a portfolio of low income housing. Over the past five years, Father Joe’s has helped 5,600 people move off the streets and into permanent housing. He serves on a number local boards, including Rady Children’s Hospital Foundation, Epiphany Prep Charter School, Downtown San Diego Partnership and the Regional Task Force on the Homeless. He is a deacon of the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Diego, serving the community of Mary, Star of the Sea, La Jolla.
