Built in 1980, the 10,580 square-foot complex at 453 34th St. has 12 apartments.
They are two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments with an average size of 882 square feet.
The seller was 453 34th St, LLC of San Diego.
The buyer was a private investor from Massachusetts whose identity was undisclosed.
Dylan E. Wright, vice president at ACRE Investment Real Estate Services, represented the buyer.
Ruben Rodriguez of Coldwell Banker represented the seller.
The acquisition was purchased with a private loan secured by Michael Proto of La Jolla Capital Group.
