A Kensington apartment complex has been sold for $4.3 million.
The complex at 4322 Van Dyke Ave. was sold by Van Dyke Apartments San Diego LP to an undisclosed buyer.
Built in 1969 on a 12,900 square-foot lot, the complex has 16 apartments ranging from 541 square feet to 789 square feet, according to CoStar, a real estate research company.
There are 10 one-bedroom apartments and six two-bedroom apartments.
Carson Trujillo and Raymond S. Choi in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office represented both parties in the transaction.
