A Kearny Mesa flex office/industrial building has been sold for $9.4 million.
Built in 1986, the 73,672 square-foot building at 3545 Aero Court was sold by Morris Cerullo World Evangelism to Samer Khouli.
Dave Dilday of Pacific Coast Commercial represented the seller,
Samer Khouli represented himself.
The building is the world headquarters for Morris Cerullo World Evangelism.
The organization plans to move to new headquarters at the end of the year in Mission Valley, the Legacy Center which is under construction.
The buyer plans to renovate the building and move his company into the building once the work is finished.
