An Escondido industrial building has been sold for $3.6 million.
Built in 2000 on a 1.7 acre site, the 20,783 square-foot building at 2063 Wineridge Place was sold by VIT Properties, LLC to 4S Properties-Saddleback Associates of Orange County.
Chris Baumgart of Cushman & Wakefield’s San Diego office represented both parties in the sale.
Baumgart also will handle the leasing of the building, which is being vacated by V.I.T. Products.
“This was an excellent investment opportunity for a high-image industrial facility offering great warehouse space, which currently comprises 91 percent of the building, ample loading, and clear height and power,” Baumgart said. “The facility is well located in one of the best performing submarkets in all of San Diego, as Escondido posted a vacancy of just 2 percent as of midyear 2018 per our latest reports.”
