A downtown Oceanside retail center has been sold for nearly $5.4 million.
The 18,500 square foot Mission 101 building at 501 Mission Ave. and 126 N. Coast Highway includes retail and office space.
The buyer and seller of the property were not disclosed.
According to CoStar, a real estate listing service, the center is owned by Fullerton Square.
Bill Shrader and Luke Holler of Collier International’s Urban Property Team represented the seller.
Mike Barreiro of DAUM Commercial of Orange County represented the buyer.
