Brixton Capital based in Solana Beach has acquired a 126,678 square-foot shopping center in Las Vegas for an undisclosed price.
The Decatur 215 shopping center at the southwest corner of North Decatur Blvd. and West Tropical Parkway was sold by Weingarten Realty based in Texas.
Completed in 2016, the center is fully leased to a mix of tenants including Target, WinCo Foods, Hobby Lobby, Ross, ULTA Beauty, Raising Cane’s, Burger King, El Pollo Loco, Blaze Pizza, Fire House Subs and Chipolte.
“Decatur 215 was an excellent opportunity to acquire a recently built, stabilized asset with strong cash yields and below replacement costs,” said Bob Emri, CIO of Brixton Capital.
Ramez Barsoum and Aaron Bettencourt of Reza Investment Group represented the seller.
