A 14,064 square foot mixed use center in Kensington has been sold for $5.5 million.
James SD, LLC bought the center at 4100 Adams Ave., and 4715 Kensington Drive from The George & Lidia Scoortis Revocable Trust and the Charap Family Trust.
The sellers and the buyer were represented by Aaron Bove, senior vice president of investments in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office and head of the Bove Group.
The plaza is anchored by the free-standing Clem’s Bottle Shop liquor and deli and has nine office and retail spaces totaling 8,774 square feet on the first floor.
The second floor includes a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.
