David Stearn

David Stearn locates, underwrites and acquires land for new residential communities and pursues the discretionary entitlements needed to begin projects. He returned to Lennar in 2013; he had worked there in the early 1990s. Before that, he was the senior vice president of acquisition and planning for D R Horton. With more than 29 years in the homebuilding industry, he has expertise in the entitlement process under California’s complex and extensive regulatory system. He is chair of the Building Industry Association.
