Founder, Cutwater Spirits

Jack White co-founded Ballast Point Brewing in 1996, grew it to a San Diego craft beer icon with three locations and a distilling arm that now makes 14 spirits, and sold the company to Constellation Brands in 2015 for an estimated $1 billion. White and and former Ballast Point COO Yusef Cherney kept the distilling operation, which is now Cutwater Spirits. In 2017 they opened a 50,000 square foot production facility and tasting room in Miramar. They are among the largest distillers of cocktails in a can,
