San Diego-based MKO Global Partners has been acquired by Two Labs, which provides product and commercialization services to pharmaceutical manufacturers.
A life sciences consulting firm, MKO specializes in payer strategy, market access and pricing in the pharmaceutical and biotech markets.
“MKO has enjoyed a 15-year relationship with Two Labs and we are thrilled to be joining the Two Labs family,” said Steve O’Malley, partner at MKO, in a news release. “Each organization views the other as the logical extension toward the total solutions suite for market access, and we believe our clients will be thrilled with the capabilities we will be able to provide through our new partnership.”
Two Labs, headquarted in Columbus, Ohio, will retain MKO’s San Diego office.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2003, Two Labs has served more than 350 pharmaceutical manufacturers, supporting more than 140 product launches, and managed more than 60 post-launch products through trade and supply channels.
