An Oceanside mixed-use residential and retail complex has been sold for nearly $5.5 million.
The property at 502-508 Sportfisher Drive and 510 N. Coast Highway was sold by the James and Linda Rich Trust.
The buyers were McEwen Otay, LLC/MP/McEwen I, LLC and MPK NC, LLC.
Mark McEwen, Joe Brady and Luke Holler of Colliers International San Diego Region represented the buyers.
Pat Swanson of Colliers International’s Irvine office represented the seller.
The property has 16 residential units and four fully-occupied retain suites.
Tenants include Jitters Coffee Pub, Kindred Journeys, Stage & Screen FX and NuPacifica Realty.
“Downtown Oceanside has become a vibrant retail and restaurant destination, said Brady, a senior associate at Colliers International. “As Oceanside’s culinary, hospitality and shopping scene grows, there will be continued activity from investors looking for well-located properties in the neighborhood.”
