"Lick the Plate," a culinary and music segment that launched in San Diego in 2011, will now air on a new radio station. Originally airing on 102.1 KPSI and then the Entercom group of stations (KSON, FM94/9 and Sunny 98.1), "Lick the Plate" will make the switch to 1090 XEPRS-AM starting Jan. 7, according to a press release.
Hosted by David Boylan, "Lick the Plate", which began as a column in the Coast News in Encinitas, will now also feature sports. Also airing in Detroit, Michigan, Windsor, Ontario and Traverse City, Michigan, 1090 is the show’s fourth radio station in four markets.
"Lick the Plate" will air Monday through Friday during the first commercial break from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. The program can also be found on the station’s website as a podcast.
