A La Jolla apartment complex has been sold for $4.4 million.

Built in 1965, the 7,580 square-foot garden-style complex at 326-340 Palomar Ave., has eight apartments.

The apartments average 850 square feet in size with two bedrooms.

The buyer was an undisclosed private investor.

The seller was NSB II, LP.

Representing the buyer were Hunter Combs, senior director of Holiday GP Group (HFF) and Trent Jemmett, a senior associate at HFF.

NSB II represented itself.
