CityMark Communities has acquired a one-acre parcel of land in the Golden Hill neighborhood of San Diego for $2.1 million.
The developer plans to build a 19-unit townhome project on the site at 32nd and C streets.
Victor Krebs, senior vice president at Colliers International in San Diego, represented the seller, the Starcevic Family Trust.
CityMark represented itself.
“This was a unique acquisition for CityMark because it is the largest undeveloped parcel in Golden Hill and was owned by the sellers for more than 50 years,” Krebs said. “The project will provide attractive new homes in the desirable Golden Hill and North Park neighborhoods.”
