Santa Monica Property Investors LLC has acquired the Torrey Highlands Plaza retail center in San Diego for $10.4 million, according to brokerage firm CBRE Group Inc.

The seller of the 14,042-square-foot property, at 13350 Camino Del Sur near state Route 56, was an affiliate of San Diego-based Paragon. Brokers said the center is fully leased by 10 tenants.

The buyer was represented by CBRE’s Tim Mills, and the seller was represented by CBRE’s Reg Kobzi, Joel Wilson and Michael Peterson.

The property is located near San Diego’s Torrey Highlands community. According to CoStar Group and public data, it was built on 1.54 acres in 2004.
