NTN Buzztime Inc. reported a net loss of $459,000 on revenue of $5.98 million during its fourth quarter.
The Carlsbad-based business, which offers interactive entertainment to bars and restaurants in North America, turned in a net loss of $990,000 on revenue of $6.52 million in the year-ago quarter. Its fiscal year ends Dec. 31.
For the year, the business reported a net loss of $2.92 million on revenue of $22.3 million. In 2015, the company reported a net loss of $7.23 million on revenue of $24.5 million.
In a March 6 announcement, NTN Buzztime (NYSE MKT: NTN) also said it expanded its partnership with Buffalo Wild Wings. The restaurant chain plans to use Buzztime electronics for its menus as well as for ordering and payments. The system will be able to handle “smart” bank cards with microchips. NTN Buzztime said the deal expands the two companies’ relationship.
