Digital marketing agency iProspect and engineering consulting firm Syska Hennessy Group have signed leases to relocate their local operations to downtown San Diego’s 1 Columbia Place office tower, according to property owner Emmes Realty Services of California LLC.

Financial and other lease terms were not disclosed. An Emmes statement said iProspect has relocated 80 local employees from University Towne Center to a full floor of the tower at 401 W. A St., and Syska Hennessy will be relocating 27 employees from Kearny Mesa.

With U.S. headquarters in New York City, iProspect employs more than 4,200 employees in 91 offices across 55 countries. Its recent clients have included General Motors, Adidas, T-Mobile, Hilton Hotels, Sunglass Hut and Microsoft.

New York-based Syska Hennessy provides engineering, technology, architectural lighting and other consulting services to industries including aviation, biotechnology, healthcare, education and hospitality. Its local work has included projects at Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego, the County Administration Center and San Diego International Airport.

The 27-story 1 Columbia Place is among four downtown San Diego towers owned by Emmes, which has operations in New York and California.
