A Honolulu- based joint venture, including Oceanside Sullivan LLC and Oceanside Takayama LLC, has purchased an Oceanside retail center for $7 million, according to brokerage firm Cushman & Wakefield.

The seller of the 20,838-square-foot Greenbrier Square, at 1950-1980 Oceanside Blvd., was Lorah Family Trust of New Jersey, represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Chad Iafrate and Joe Yetter.

Broker said tenants at the multi-tenant center include Wienerschnitzel, Jiffy Lube, Soapy Joe’s Car Wash and All Star Glass, among others.

According to CoStar Group, the neighborhood center consists of a total of four buildings, with the original main building constructed in 1991. The property was fully leased at the time of sale.
