The chief financial officer of OneRoof Energy Inc., Dan Halvorson, has resigned “to pursue other opportunities,” the company announced Wednesday.
The residential solar services company appointed John Bunnel as interim CFO.
“On behalf of the company and our board of directors, we wish Dan well in the next phase of his career,” said David Field, president and CEO at OneRoof.
The company appointed Bunnel as Halvorson’s replacement, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, while the company conducts a search for a permanent CFO.
Bunnel has served as president and CFO of Fractional CFO Inc. since 2010, during which time he served as interim chief financial officer and strategic advisor for a number of different companies including Stearns Lending, American Advisors Group and First Financial Credit Union. From 2005 to 2009, Bunnel was CFO for two divisions of GMAC Mortgage LLC – Ditech and GMAC Direct, according to a OneRoof news release. Before GMAC, he was vice president and CFO of Wells Fargo Consumer Credit Group.
