San Diego-headquartered Sunrise Management has completed an approximately $3 million renovation and rebranding of four Phoenix-area apartment properties, which were recently acquired by San Francisco-based 29th Street Capital for nearly $19.3 million.
A statement from Sunrise Management said the properties, totaling 478 units in the cities of Mesa and Gilbert, underwent improvements to sales units, landscaping and exteriors. Upgrades also included the addition of outdoor elements such as dog parks, picnic and barbecue areas, with new furnishings and signage.
