Coseo Family Trust of San Diego has purchased a 4S Ranch office building for approximately $3.72 million, according to brokerage firm Colliers International.
The seller of the 26,500-square-foot property, at 17075 Camino San Bernardo, was Wheat Accessories LLC of San Diego.
The buyer was represented by Colliers’ Richard Lebert and Matt Zimsky. The seller was represented by Tony Russell, Jay Alexander and Tim Olson of brokerage firm JLL.
The two-story property was built in 1999, and the buyer plans to reposition the building and lease it out.
According to CoStar Group, the seller, an affiliate of sports accessory maker Wheat Group Inc., signed a lease-back agreement that allows it to stay in the property for up to six months.
