Talmadge Gateway LP of San Diego has purchased a retail strip center in the city’s Talmadge neighborhood for $2.5 million, according to brokerage firm ACI Apartments Inc.

The seller of the 35,183-square-foot property, at 4412 Euclid Ave. and 4746 El Cajon Blvd., was Alessio Leasing Corp. of La Mesa. The buyer and seller were represented by ACI’s Ricardo Lopez and Keith Courtney.

Brokers said San Diego-based Wakeland Housing and Development Corp. plans to redevelop the site to incorporate a mix of retail and affordable residential units for disabled seniors.
