Analog Properties LLC of San Diego has acquired a National City office and warehouse property for $3.35 million, according to brokerage firm Colliers International Group Inc.

The seller of the 12,468-square-foot property, at 101 E. 30th St., was San Diego-based 30th & A LLC. The buyer was represented by Marissa Montano of Fit Properties, and the seller was represented by Colliers’ Mark Lewkowitz and Chris Holder.

Brokers at Colliers said the property was built on 1.71 acres and was recently renovated.
