NoteVault Fills New Chief Commercial Officer Position, Names New COO

NoteVault Inc, a San Diego-based provider of mobile reporting solutions for the engineering and construction industries, announced the creation of its chief commercial officer position in order to better support the company’s expansion plans and continued growth.

Ken May, previously NoteVault’s chief operations officer, is taking on this role, heading commercial activities which include sales, business development, strategy and partnerships, NoteVault said.

“With NoteVault’s rapid expansion, by focusing our efforts into dedicated teams, we will be able to ramp up our strategy and business development initiatives, as well as continue to provide the best user experience in the industry,” said Peter Lasensky, CEO of NoteVault.

James Darcey, was named chief operations officer, responsible for operations management and NoteVault’s customer support. He joins NoteVault after 11 years as executive vice president of Single Touch Interactive, now SITO Mobile. In that position, Darcey was responsible for account management, carrier relations and business development. Prior to that, he managed data services for Alltel Communications with responsibility for operations, according to NoteVault.
