WD-40 Co., the San Diego maker of household products, reported 2015 first-quarter net income of $10.8 million, down 6 percent from the like quarter of the prior fiscal year.

Revenue for the quarter that ended Nov. 30, 2014, came in at $96.4 million, up 1 percent from the prior year’s first-quarter revenue.

CEO Garry Ridge said the company sees “a solid, steady year ahead as we continue to put our efforts behind key strategic initiatives.”

For the full year, WD-40 said it expects earnings per share to finish in a range of $3.07 to $3.16, while revenue should come in at $398 million to $413 million.
