An entity listed as 9885 Carroll Canyon LLC has purchased a Scripps Ranch office and industrial building for $3.7 million, according to brokerage company Cushman & Wakefield Inc., which represented the seller.

The seller of the 24,319-square-foot research and development property, at 9885 Carroll Canyon Road in the Scripps Ranch Business Park, was Stronghold Canyon Development LLC of Riverside.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Mickey Morera, James Duncan and Philip Roberts represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Ted Cuthbert of Colliers International.

The property was built in 1976 and renovated in 2010, and consists of 10 percent industrial space and 90 percent office space. The buyer intends to occupy the property.
