Vista Lane Apartments, a two-building, 150 unit complex in Chula Vista, was sold by the Kreutzkamp Revocable 2000 Trust to the Conrad Prebys Trust for $19.45 million, said Christopher Zorbas of Marcus & Millichap Inc.’s San Diego office.

The sales price of the complex at 1440 Second Ave. near Broadway equates to $129,667 per square foot, according to M&M.

The residences average 671 square feet, and the mix of units is 111 one-bedroom apartments, 38 two-bedroom apartments and one three-bedroom apartment.
