A publicly traded Massachusetts company has acquired all of the assets of San Diego-based Keragis Corp. for undisclosed terms. The sellers were Robert and Maria Rector.

Hittite Microwave Corp. announced on May 1 that it had bought the assets. A Hittite (Nasdaq: HITT) vice president said the company plans to stay in San Diego.

The acquired business offers extremely high power, wideband amplifier modules for radar subsystems, rack-mounted instruments, phased arrays and tow decoys. The business dates to 1993.
