The San Diego Unified Port District Board of Port Commissioners has set a special meeting to consider disciplining or possibly terminating CEO Wayne Darbeau, according to a port documents

The meeting is set for 2 p.m. Friday.

The document sets the agenda as "Public Employee Performance Evaluation, Discipline, Termination, Release Executive Director."

Darbeau had reportedly sought a summer job for his son with various clients of the port. U-T San Diego reported that one of the major port tenants Pasha Automotive Services hired Darbeau’s son in the summer of 2012.

Darbeau was appointed president and CEO of the port in December of 2010.
