San Francisco Firm Buys Scripps Ranch Office Property for $16.2 Million

Stockbridge Capital Group LLC of San Francisco has purchased Scripps Northridge Technology Plaza, an office building in San Diego’s Scripps Ranch neighborhood, for approximately $16.2 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.

The sellers of the 95,069-square-foot property, at 10636 Scripps Summit Court, were Crystal Pier Partners LP and Boesky Family Trust of San Diego. Brokerage company Cassidy Turley represented the buyer and seller.

The property was built on 6.9 acres in 2001 and was 70 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
