Tuesday, February 4, 2014

CohnReznick LLP has named Mark Hooley office managing partner of the San Diego office.

Hooley has been with the accounting, tax and advisory firm since 2003. He has more than 15 years of experience providing audit and consulting services to publicly traded and privately held companies, according to CohnReznick. Hooley immediately assumes the new position, transferring from CohnReznick’s office in Tysons Corner, Va.

“Mark will bring an extraordinary depth of experience to the San Diego market across key industry sectors, most notably renewable energy and technology,” said Tom Fassett, regional managing partner for CohnReznick’s West region.

Hooley, a certified public accountant, succeeds Wade McKnight, who is retiring after six years with the firm.

The San Diego office was established in 1978 and has about 30 employees.
