G.F.C. Glendale Associates LLC of Commerce has purchased the Escondido Town & Country retail center for approximately $10.5 million, according to brokerage company Cushman & Wakefield Inc.

The seller of the 70,898-square-foot property, at 1625-1665 E. Valley Parkway in Escondido, was Town & Country Partners LLC. Cushman brokers Rob Ippolito and John Jennings represented the buyer.

The retail center was built in 1973, with current tenants including Big Lots and CVS Pharmacy. The buyer is an investor that plans to own and operate the center as it expands its Southern California portfolio.

The new owner has retained Kerrie Ozarski of Reef Real Estate Services to manage the property.
