The San Diego office of Suffolk Construction Co. recently completed the $13 million Diamond Neighborhoods Family Health Center, a 23,000-square-foot medical office building developed and owned by Family Health Centers of San Diego.

The facility, at 4725 Market St., provides medical, mental health, dental and related services to low-income, uninsured and medically underserved residents, Suffolk officials said.

The facility’s opening was recently marked in a public ceremony that included local and state government officials, along with 2014 Boston Marathon winner Meb Keflezighi, a longtime San Diego resident.
