That median price was up 4 percent from the February price, and up 13 percent from March 2013, SDAR said.
The median price on condominiums sold last month was $305,000, up 2 percent from February and up 7 percent from March 2013.
There were 1,767 sales of single-family houses last month, up 32 percent from February, but down 15 percent from a year ago.
The most expensive house sold last month was a four- bedroom, six-bath, Encinitas house for $10.5 million, SDAR said.
